Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
- Defective or Damaged Products: Refunds are provided for products that are received in a defective or damaged condition, in compliance with federal regulations.
- Not as Described: If the product received does not materially match the description provided on our website or in our advertising.
- Incorrect Item Received: If the customer receives an item that is not what they ordered.
- Shipping Delays or Lost Packages: A refund may be appropriate if a product experiences significant and unreasonable delays in shipping, or if a package is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier.
To request a refund based on any of the above conditions, please contact our customer support team at contact@flowenergy.shop within 7 days of receiving your order or within 30 days of your order's shipment date for lost packages. Please include your order number and provide clear details and, if applicable, photographic evidence of the issue.
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
